UpToDoCookies and Yandex Metrica
On its public welcome and demo pages, UpToDo uses Yandex Metrica and Session Replay to analyse usage and errors and improve the service. Analytics is enabled by default for new visitors. A saved opt-out is respected; the demo and registration are available without analytics. The operator is Denis Aleksandrovich Savelyev; contact details are in the Privacy Notice.
Data: cookies and technical visitor identifiers, IP address, browser and device, visits, selected actions and error categories. The recipient is YANDEX LLC, Yandex Metrica, tag 113600581. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, retrieval, use, transfer to the recipient, deletion and destruction.
Session Replay records actions on the public /welcome/ and /demo/ pages. Forms and entered text, including demo plan content, are hidden in recordings. Replay is disabled inside accounts. Events contain no email, names, passwords, tokens, plan or note text. Collection is disabled for accounts marked as children.
The setting is saved for 180 days. Enable or disable analytics using Cookie settings on the public page, sign-in form or account settings. Withdrawal stops collection; re-enabling after withdrawal takes effect on the next page opening. To request deletion of previously collected data, contact support@uptodo.space. Declining does not prevent using UpToDo.
In adult accounts, analytics counts basic actions: opening on a new day, returning, saving and completing plans, invitations and joining, enabling notifications and installing the app. A technical first-use and last-use day marker is stored in this browser for up to 180 days to measure returns. The account identifier in this local marker is not sent to Metrica. After adult sign-in, subscription checkout steps and server-confirmed payments are also counted using only the plan and billing period, without invoice numbers, email or banking details. Session Replay and click maps are disabled on payment pages and do not record the Robokassa form. Opting out disables these events and removes local return markers. Welcome and demo replay also works for advertising visits after tracking parameters have been sanitized; entered text remains hidden.
